All ÎçÒ¹av applicants and students are eligible to apply for scholarships, bursaries and awards. Through the generosity of donors, hundreds of students benefit annually from awards that collectively exceed $500,000.
To apply for an entrance award, you will need to have an active ÎçÒ¹av application. Enrolled awards are for students currently studying at ÎçÒ¹av. Many awards only require the general application for consideration, but some will ask you for additional information such as a transcript, biography, or a description of your extracurricular involvement. All required documents need to be submitted as PDFs.
ENROLLED AWARDS: Deadline to apply is OCTOBER 15. Applications for students currently enrolled or planning to begin their studies in December 2024 or January 2025 can be submitted from September 9 to October 15, 2024.
ENTRANCE AWARDS: Deadline to apply is MARCH 31. Applications for students planning to begin to their studies or enteri their second year of study in September 2025 can be submitted from January 23 to March 31, 2025.

Based on your general awards application and ÎçÒ¹av student data, you will be matched automatically to all the awards you meet the criteria for and your application will be submitted for them.
You will also receive recommendations for additional award opportunities that may require more information, such as a biography, essay, or transcript. Look through these recommendations and apply for any for which you are eligible.

The George Coles Bursary is a non-repayable bursary for Island students with post-secondary expenses like tuition, books, fees, living expenses, etc. The bursary is automatically awarded to eligible students who attend one of PEI’s publicly funded post-secondary institutions, including the University of Prince Edward Island, ÎçÒ¹av, Maritime Christian ÎçÒ¹av, and Collège de l'Île. .

Prospective ÎçÒ¹av students who are currently in care or were in care for at least 24 months when they were minors, can apply to have their tuition and related fees waived.
There is no limit on the age of applicants, but they must meet the admission requirements for their chosen program of study and must be residents of P.E.I.
